A well-established, reputable Family Medicine Practice in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join their collaborative care team. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, the practice emphasizes comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, and high-quality care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Closed daily for lunch from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
  • No weekends or evening hours
• 100% outpatient primary care – no hospital rounds
• Treat patients of all ages – full-spectrum family medicine
• Work closely with two primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers
• Physician-owned, independent practice with a strong, supportive culture
• Salary based on experience
