Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an integrated health system in the Upper Midwest with the recruitment of a BC/BC General Surgeon. Join a hospital-employed team at a Level III Trauma Center in beautiful Detroit Lakes, MN!

Opportunity Highlights

• Scheduling flexibility to work 0.8 – 1.0 FTE
• Practice includes 2 General Surgeons with shared call
• Excellent growth potential for unique or new services; practice currently includes general, colorectal, laparoscopic, wound care, endoscopy, and colonoscopy
• Weekly schedule consists of clinic, surgery, endoscopy, and daytime outreach

Compensation + Benefits

• Offering a base salary of $494,000 with quality and/or production-based incentives
