Community Health Center of Cape Cod is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that serves the residents of CHC Cape Cod and the Islands, by providing access to health care for children, adults, and families. CHC Cape Cod’s mission is to improve the health of it’s community through the provision of comprehensive, high-quality, compassionate health care to all, regardless of ability to pay. Their challenge is identifying candidates who are mission-driven & have a desire to serve in a community health setting, treating the underserved.

Solution

CHC Cape Cod was seeking an organization with experience recruiting for community health centers (FQHC) and specific experience in the Northeast, as well as having the ability to quickly identifying candidates with ties to the region.

Result

Since 2021, Enterprise has successfully recruited 3 family medicine physicians & 1 addiction specialist, with Community Health Center of Cape Cod retaining 100% of those physicians to-date!
