Challenge

Golden Valley Health Centers seeks to improve the health of patients in the communities they serve. They have recently expanded to meet community needs across Merced, Stanislaus, and San Joaquin counties, now serving nearly 150,000 patients each year through 45 clinical locations in the region. GVHC has difficulty recruiting to their remote locations due to the shortage of primary care providers who are seeking small rural communities.

Solution

Golden Valley Health Centers turned to Enterprise Medical Recruiting to identify and hire mission driven providers with a passion for treating underserved patients. QVHC depended on Enterprise to be able to quickly identify candidates due to our experience helping other FQHC’s and our access to a greater number of active candidates.

Result

In 2022, Enterprise was able to place five providers in primary care clinics in Merced, Modesto and Turlock, California.
