National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR)

The NAPR is a national membership organization consisting of 240 physician recruiting firms, hospitals, medical groups, individuals and vendor organizations. Their web site actively updates and lists hundreds of national job postings.

We subscribe to the tenants of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), the governing association of physician recruiters. Being a member of the NAPR means we are dedicated to the highest level of ethical standards and practices. Neal Fenster, a principal at Enterprise Medical Services, was the 2001 - 2002  President of the NAPR.

Alliance of Medical Recruiters (AMR)

The AMR is a national membership organization for networking placement. Membership is comprised of over 100 healthcare recruitment firms nationwide and Canada with only the highest ethical and professional standards. Applying firms are carefully screened to maintain AMR's high standards. Members are the "cream of the crop." They exhibit only the highest level of recruitment principles. The AMR's state of the art online database currently has over 5,000 candidates and 3,000 positions.

Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR)

Enterprise Medical Services is one of only three Physician recruiting firms asked to be a vendor. Established in 1990, the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters is a professional organization of more than 450 members whose primary role is to recruit physicians and other healthcare providers to staff the hospitals, clinics, and managed care organizations where the members are employed. Their membership represents each of the 50 states, and some provinces in Canada. ASPR is the only organization EXCLUSIVELY for in-house physician recruiters--members are not headhunters or agency recruiters. ASPR is also dedicated to the education of our members, and hosts meetings throughout the year on various recruitment issues.

The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), founded in 1926, is the nation's principal voice for medical group practice. MGMA's 19,000 members manage and lead more than 10,200 organizations in which more than 200,000 physician's practice.

Through its annual surveys of practice cost, physician compensation, and management compensation, MGMA produces benchmark data on medical practices. Its analyses of better performing practices serve to advance the art and science of practice management, and provide important educational resources for members.
